Job Title: Quality Control Manager

At ECC, we are seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Manager to join our team. As a Quality Control Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our construction projects meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and contract requirements.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential quality issues.
  • Collaborate with project teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain quality control documentation, including reports and records.
  • Ensure that all subcontractors and project team members are aware of and comply with quality control procedures.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a quality control role on large construction projects.
  • Current CQM certification.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 90% of the time and work on-site for extended periods.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Occupational Safety and Health.
  • Familiarity with workplace health and safety concepts.
  • Applicable certification in quality.
  • Proven ability to use USACE Resident Management System (RMS).
  • OSHA 30 Hour Construction Certification.
