Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team at Montage International. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our guest rooms, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our hotel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and reset guest bedroom and bathroom areas, including changing linens, making beds, and organizing collateral on tables
  • Perform daily housekeeping duties, such as dusting, vacuuming, and emptying trash
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest requests and preferences in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with the housekeeping leadership team to complete assigned tasks and meet hotel standards
  • Perform additional duties as assigned, including special projects and tasks outside of regular housekeeping duties
Requirements
  • One year of prior experience in a similar cleaning position
  • High School Diploma or equivalent vocational training
  • Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English
Physical Requirements

This role requires standing, walking, handling objects, stooping, bending, kneeling, and crawling. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Exert physical effort in cleaning multiple rooms per shift.

The pay scale for this position is $21.50 per hour. Montage International is an equal opportunity employer and maintains a drug-free workplace. We perform pre-employment substance abuse testing.
