Responsibilities:
* Provide outstanding showroom experience, engaging customers and providing inspirational design assistance
* Qualify all walk-in customers to understand their project needs and present MSI materials
* Proactively follow up with trade customers to seek opportunities and convert sales through exceptional customer service
* Maintain the showroom and displays to the highest standards, update products, and refill marketing materials
* Perform additional duties as required to support branch and team needs
Requirements:
* Industry retail sales experience required
* Excellent oral and written English language communication skills
* Provide high-level customer service
* Good organizational skills
* Demonstrated experience with PC navigation and multi-window environments
* Availability to work on Saturday
