Position Overview: RAYUS Radiology is seeking an Interventional Radiologic Technologist to enhance our clinical team.
As an Interventional Radiologic Technologist, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that services are delivered to patients and referring specialists in accordance with professional standards, while fostering positive relationships with radiologists and other medical professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Care and Procedures (85%): Assist physicians during routine and advanced interventional and vascular procedures, including scrubbing and circulating duties. Support patient clinic visits and provide explanations and preparations for upcoming procedures. Adjust equipment as needed and adhere strictly to safety regulations to safeguard yourself, patients, and colleagues. Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. Accurately document patient information within the Radiology Information System (RIS). Ensure a sterile environment during procedures, complete room turnaround in line with infection control protocols, and keep a tidy and organized workspace.
- Imaging Support (10%): Monitor and manage medical supply inventory. Assist in the training of new staff members by offering resources and technical expertise.
- Additional Duties (5%): Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
This position is a full-time day role.
