Crude Oil Transportation Specialist

Job Summary

The Crude Oil Driver will be responsible for safely transporting crude oil to various locations. This role requires a valid CDL driver's license and Hazmat endorsement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in pre-trip preparations of the vehicle
  • Ensure proper equipment is loaded on the vehicle prior to leaving the yard
  • Fill out Log Book
  • Coordinate with the dispatch office for job assignments, maps, and special instructions
  • Drive the crude truck
  • Conduct a Job Safety Analysis before entering the job site and plan the entry route
  • Operate the pump
  • Prepare the post-trip report for any damaged equipment
  • Load hoses on and off the truck
  • Complete logs, Job Safety Analysis, vehicle inspection reports, way bills, BBS cards, and fuel reports
  • Maintain confidentiality in dealing with business information
  • Report all incidents or unsafe actions and/or worksites to supervisors
  • Notify the supervisor or dispatcher of any uncompleted jobs
