Salary and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this role ranges from $39,744 to $62,352, depending on experience and shift differentials. Additional compensation may be available, such as overtime, premiums, or bonus opportunities.

Job Responsibilities:

As an RN Fellow in our Medical Surgical Cardiac Telemetry unit, you will experience a guided transition into your new specialty through structured curriculum, experienced preceptors, and hands-on learning.

You will work in a fast-paced environment where you will apply your specialized training to deliver world-class health care with human connection. Your voice matters here, and you will thrive in our culture of patient-focused, whole-person care.

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
  • 1 year Nursing experience (new to specialty)
