About the Role

Providence RN - Medical Surgical is a full-time nursing position that offers a unique opportunity to deliver high-quality patient care in a dynamic medical surgical unit. This role requires an Oregon RN License and at least one year of nursing experience, providing a competitive pay range and an extensive benefits package including a hiring bonus and relocation assistance.

Job Summary

This 0.9 FTE day shift opening (7am-7:30pm, 3, 12 hour shifts per week) with rotating weekends provides a stable work environment for our nurses to thrive in their careers. Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional patient care, utilizing critical thinking skills and effective communication to ensure the best possible outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans that cater to the unique needs of each patient.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring seamless communication between healthcare professionals.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License - if practicing within this state.
  • 1 year Nursing experience.
