NFI Industries is seeking a highly skilled Distribution Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing orders, and resolving customer complaints in a prompt and courteous manner.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Order Processing: Process and input customer orders, verify inventory levels, and coordinate special shipping requests.
- Communication: Communicate with customers, internal departments, and management to ensure service standards are met and customer feedback is addressed.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records, prepare shipping and tracing information, and oversee all paperwork associated with orders.
- Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent, strong computer skills, excellent communication and customer service skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
NFI Industries offers a competitive hourly rate of $18.00/HOUR, with opportunities for shift differential and a robust benefit program, including medical, dental, vision, and 401k plan.
