Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Member Services Representative to join our team at Taymax Group. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members, prospective members, and guests, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience at our fitness centers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to members, prospective members, and guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Handle front desk activities, including checking members into the system, taking prospective members on tours, and signing up new members.
  • Facilitate updates to member accounts and respond to member questions and concerns.
  • Maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the club, completing daily assigned tasks and helping with priority cleaning lists.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • High School diploma/GED equivalent required.
  • Customer service background preferred.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Punctuality and reliability are a must.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • A positive, upbeat attitude and a passion for fitness and health.

Physical Demands

  • Continual standing and walking during shift.
  • Continual talking in person or on the phone during shift.
  • Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
