As a key member of our Accessory Development Division, you'll be responsible for testing and validating accessory components and technologies to ensure they meet our high standards for marketability, reliability, regulatory compliance, profitability, manufacturing, and performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Lead projects to ensure timely completion and meet project goals
  • Testing & Simulation: Conduct thorough testing and simulation to validate accessory components
  • Data Collection & Analysis: Collect and analyze data to inform design and development decisions
  • Documentation: Prepare and present test results and documentation
  • Engineering Specifications: Develop and issue test specifications for evaluation of components
  • Integration & Correlation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and correlation
  • Supplier Management: Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality of components
  • Engineering Solution Design: Develop and implement testing countermeasures as needed
  • Improvement & Innovation: Continuously seek opportunities to optimize components and processes
  • Personal Development: Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices through training and development activities
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years of technical experience, with 1 year of project leadership experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of Honda development flow and experience with NEWS, Catia, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other software platforms
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to read and write Honda drawings and data
