Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Test Engineer to join our team at Honda Development and Manufacturing of America. As a key member of our Accessory Development Division, you will be responsible for testing and validating automotive accessories to ensure they meet our high standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute test plans to validate accessory components and technologies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and correlation of test results
  • Analyze data and identify areas for improvement to optimize component and process performance
  • Document and present test results to stakeholders, including engineering specifications and test reports
  • Work with suppliers to coordinate testing and reporting, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of results
  • Conduct testing countermeasures to address any issues or defects identified during testing
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years of technical experience, with 1 year of project leadership experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of Honda development flow and experience with small group project management
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to read and write Honda drawings and data
  • Proficient in various software platforms, including NEWS, Catia, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
