Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Controller with all elements of ledger management, closing processes, tax submissions, and daily financial operations.
  • Engage in month-end closing activities, including procedures and reconciliations.
  • Support the implementation of internal controls, audits, and standard operating procedure documentation.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in accounts receivable, month-end closing, ledger management, and taxation.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
  • Experience in the field services sector or a related industry is preferred.
  • Proficient understanding of business, ERP, and CRM systems, particularly QuickBooks, Customer Factor, Smart Service, etc.
  • Strong skills in Excel are essential.
  • Demonstrated supervisory experience and ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.
  • Excellent conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical information in business-friendly terms.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Possession of a CPA designation is advantageous.
