Customer Service Representative

Job Summary: Insight Global is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support their healthcare client in Tennessee.
This role involves handling clinic customer service functions related to billing, reimbursement, patient advocacy, and insurance claims. As a liaison between clinics and the Revenue Cycle team, you will address billing-related questions, provide feedback and training to clinic staff, and respond to inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and explain billing issues
- Identify and resolve complex issues
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Act as a liaison between clinics and the Revenue Cycle team
Requirements:
- Experience working in a Revenue Cycle or Healthcare Administration support role
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- 1-2 Years of Customer Service Experience
- Basic knowledge of clinic operations, patient registration, medical billing, or health insurance
