Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead multiple environmental and demolition contracting projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, with the ability to establish baseline schedules, forecast potential roadblocks, and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, including budgeting, resource allocation, and timeline creation.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring timely completion of projects within budget.
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to project teams, promoting collaboration and effective communication.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including records of progress, issues, and lessons learned.
  • Closeout: Ensure successful project closeout, meeting contractual requirements and delivering value to clients.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5+ years in environmental and demolition contracting, with a proven track record of successful project management.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as construction management or business administration.
  • Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
