Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and Repair Vehicles: Use your advanced knowledge and skills to diagnose and repair complex vehicle issues, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.
  • Collaborate with Service Advisors: Work closely with our Service Advisors to provide effective recommendations and solutions to our customers' concerns.
  • Perform Vehicle Inspections: Conduct thorough and accurate digital vehicle inspections to identify potential issues and provide recommendations for maintenance and repairs.
  • Continuously Develop Your Skills: Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and techniques in the automotive industry, continuously building your expertise in a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles.
  • Work with Other Technicians: Collaborate with other technicians to solve complex problems, meet deadlines, and deliver exceptional results.
  • Maintain a Safe and Clean Work Environment: Follow and promote our high standards of safety and cleanliness, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for yourself and your colleagues.
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Treat our customers and colleagues with respect and integrity, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers feel valued and appreciated.
Requirements
  • Positive Attitude and Customer Focus: A positive attitude and a desire to serve customers with a high level of professionalism and expertise.
  • Experience and Certifications: 5+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic, with 3+ ASE Certifications preferred or a plan to achieve.
  • Technical Skills: Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles, with a strong aptitude for learning additional skills and processes.
  • Physical Demands: Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds, work with tools on vehicles lifted above your head, work in tight spaces, and have the needed dexterity to efficiently use hand tools.
