Master Automotive Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master Automotive Technician to join our team at Christian Brothers Automotive. As a Master Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex vehicle issues, working closely with our Service Advisors to provide exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Responsibilities:- Diagnose and repair complex vehicle issues using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.
- Work closely with Service Advisors to provide effective recommendations and solutions to customers.
- Perform thorough and accurate vehicle inspections to identify potential issues.
- Continuously develop and maintain expertise in a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles.
- Collaborate with other technicians to solve complex problems and meet deadlines.
- Adhere to our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.
- 5+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.
- 3+ ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve.
- Diesel and Euro experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to diagnose and repair all makes/models of vehicles.
- Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes.
- Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
- A desire for long-term career development.
- Occasional lifting and/or moving of heavy objects.
- Ability to work with tools on vehicles lifted above head level.
- Ability to work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle's needed repair.
- Good hand-eye coordination and dexterity.
- Ability to walk/stand for the majority of the workday.
- Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles.
- Efficiently navigate a computer and/or tablet.
