Job Title: Master Automotive Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master Automotive Technician to join our team at Christian Brothers Automotive. As a Master Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex vehicle issues, working closely with our Service Advisors to provide exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair complex vehicle issues using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.
  • Work closely with Service Advisors to provide effective recommendations and solutions to customers.
  • Perform thorough and accurate vehicle inspections to identify potential issues.
  • Continuously develop and maintain expertise in a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles.
  • Collaborate with other technicians to solve complex problems and meet deadlines.
  • Adhere to our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.
  • 3+ ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve.
  • Diesel and Euro experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to diagnose and repair all makes/models of vehicles.
  • Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes.
  • Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
  • A desire for long-term career development.
Physical Requirements:
  • Occasional lifting and/or moving of heavy objects.
  • Ability to work with tools on vehicles lifted above head level.
  • Ability to work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle's needed repair.
  • Good hand-eye coordination and dexterity.
  • Ability to walk/stand for the majority of the workday.
  • Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles.
  • Efficiently navigate a computer and/or tablet.
