Job Title: Master Automotive Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master Automotive Technician to join our team at Christian Brothers Automotive. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex vehicle issues, working closely with our Service Advisors to provide exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair vehicles using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques
  • Work closely with Service Advisors to provide effective recommendations and solutions to customer concerns
  • Perform courtesy digital vehicle inspections to identify potential issues
  • Continuously build and maintain automotive expertise across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles
  • Collaborate with other technicians to solve complex problems and deliver exceptional results
  • Follow and promote our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
  • Positive attitude and a strong desire to serve customers
  • 5+ years of experience as an automotive technician or mechanic
  • 3+ ASE certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve
  • Diesel and Euro experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to diagnose and repair all makes and models of vehicles
  • Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes
  • Professional appearance and strong communication skills
  • A desire for long-term career development
Physical Requirements:
  • Occasional lifting and/or moving of heavy objects
  • Ability to work with tools on vehicles lifted above head level
  • Ability to work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle's needed repair
  • Good hand-eye coordination and dexterity
  • Ability to walk/stand for majority of workday
  • Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles
  • Efficiently navigate a computer and/or tablet
