Master Automotive Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master Automotive Technician to join our team at Christian Brothers Automotive. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex vehicle issues, working closely with our Service Advisors to provide exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Responsibilities:- Diagnose and repair vehicles using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques
- Work closely with Service Advisors to provide effective recommendations and solutions to customer concerns
- Perform courtesy digital vehicle inspections to identify potential issues
- Continuously build and maintain automotive expertise across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles
- Collaborate with other technicians to solve complex problems and deliver exceptional results
- Follow and promote our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction
- Positive attitude and a strong desire to serve customers
- 5+ years of experience as an automotive technician or mechanic
- 3+ ASE certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve
- Diesel and Euro experience preferred but not required
- Ability to diagnose and repair all makes and models of vehicles
- Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes
- Professional appearance and strong communication skills
- A desire for long-term career development
- Occasional lifting and/or moving of heavy objects
- Ability to work with tools on vehicles lifted above head level
- Ability to work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle's needed repair
- Good hand-eye coordination and dexterity
- Ability to walk/stand for majority of workday
- Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles
- Efficiently navigate a computer and/or tablet
