About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Director to lead our efforts in ensuring compliance with ISO 22716 and cGMP standards. This is a critical position that requires a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and quality management systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and maintain our Quality Management System (QMS) to meet ISO 22716 and cGMP standards.
  • Lead and manage quality assurance activities, including policy development, procedure implementation, and documentation.
  • Conduct regular internal audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Review and approve validation and qualification documentation, including protocols and reports.
  • Provide training and guidance on quality standards and best practices.
  • Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and develop action plans for improvement.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or certifications in Quality Assurance preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance within the cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, or related industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve quality issues effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team.
What We Offer:
