Order Management Coordinator

Puma is seeking an experienced Order Management Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for managing the order life cycle, coordinating with internal teams, and providing exceptional customer service.
About the Role:
- Manage the full order life cycle, including coordination with Sales, Procurement, Compliance, Credit, Allocations, and Warehousing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve orderbook issues with customers.
- Analyze orderbook data to develop and execute plans to meet customer requirements and sales goals.
- Work with the Credit and Return teams to assist customers' needs and manage chargeback disputes.
- Present monthly KPIs to Customer Service management and manage daily EDI uploads.
- Act as a mentor for peers and represent the department with Sales and Accounts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of customer service experience, preferably in retail or athletic footwear/apparel industry.
- Advanced Excel knowledge required.
- Ability to work and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Domestic travel may be required.
Compensation:
The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
