Compensation:
$28.75 per hour
Role Objective:
Gather precise information essential for the fabrication and assessment of flammability test samples, which are necessary to demonstrate the flammability compliance of materials utilized in aircraft interior installations.
Qualifications and Experience:
High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.
Experience in aircraft operations is preferred.
Familiarity with FARs and ODA/FAA Conformity standards is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
Primary Duties:
Conduct Quality Control inspections related to flammability for the ODA and Repair Station.
Review aircraft documentation as needed.
Complete flammability request forms for test sample fabrication.
Fabricate necessary flammability test samples.
Maintain accurate and organized records of all aircraft work performed.
Document discrepancies and manage all work order documentation.
Provide comprehensive turnover for the next individual to ensure process continuity.
Additional Responsibilities:
Ensure timely completion of projects on assigned aircraft.
Facilitate turnover for the next shift to maintain ongoing inspection duties.
Perform other assigned tasks as required.
Experience with aircraft cabinetry finishes and paint applications is highly desirable.
Compensation Details: $28.75 per hour
