Job Summary

This Registered Nurse-Neonatal position is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate nurse to work with critically ill newborns and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care to neonates, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Monitor patients' conditions, administering medications and treatments as needed, while maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with physicians and other caregivers.
  • Promote a safe and supportive environment, fostering open communication and education among patients, families, and colleagues.
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Georgia
  • BLS certification
  • Minimum 1 year experience in neonatal intensive care nursing
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
