Responsibilities
">As a Neonatal Registered Nurse, your key responsibilities will include:
">- Providing specialized nursing care to newborns in Neonatal Intensive Care Units (NICUs) or Neonatal settings.
- Assessing neonates' health status, monitoring vital signs, and administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborating with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans for neonates and their families.
- Performing neonatal assessments, including developmental screenings and feeding evaluations, to ensure optimal growth and development.
- Educating parents on newborn care, breastfeeding techniques, and neonatal health issues for a smooth transition to home care.
Required Qualifications
">- Current RN license
- BLS certification
- Two years of recent Neonatal RN experience
- Strong communication and adaptability skills.
