We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Therapist to join our team at Sea Mar Community Health Centers. As a leading provider of community-based health services, we are committed to delivering high-quality care to diverse populations.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will provide individual and group counseling, case management, crisis stabilization, and suicide risk assessment to clients. They will also develop treatment plans, provide referrals, and coordinate with medication providers, primary care physicians, and other community agencies.
Responsibilities- Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop treatment plans
- Provide individual and group counseling, case management, and crisis stabilization
- Assess and manage suicide risk
- Develop and implement treatment plans
- Provide referrals and coordination with medication providers, primary care physicians, and other community agencies
To be considered for this role, you must hold a Master's degree in psychology, counseling, or social work, and have a minimum of 4 years of clinical experience. You must also be licensed as a Mental Health Professional (MHP) in the state of Washington.
