Urology Faculty Position

The Michigan State University Health Care division of urology is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Urologist for a full-time faculty role at the level of Associate or Assistant Professor. This position focuses on both inpatient and outpatient surgical patient care, offering a comprehensive clinical practice environment.
Our division boasts a robust clinical program that encompasses a wide array of opportunities for clinical practice, teaching, and research. The successful candidate will engage actively in the clinical education of residents in our ACGME accredited urology residency program, as well as contribute to the education of diverse medical students.
Urology faculty will provide clinical care in our newly renovated facilities, while inpatient care and surgical procedures will be conducted at affiliated hospitals equipped with state-of-the-art urological technology, including DaVinci robotic systems designed to enhance resident training.
Our hospitals support a high volume of urology cases, ensuring a dynamic clinical experience. The MSU Division of Urology is committed to fostering a diverse workforce that reflects our dedication to excellence in education and patient care.

Required QualificationsThe ideal candidate must possess a Doctorate in Urological Surgery and hold a valid DO or MD license in Michigan. Candidates should be Board Eligible or Board Certified in urological surgery.
Preferred QualificationsLeadership experience within the field is highly desirable.
