Job Title: Floor Runner

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Floor Runner to join our team at Yoke's Fresh Markets. As a key member of our grocery department, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Restock shelves, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and ensure that all products are properly displayed and priced.
  • Operate cash registers, process transactions, and handle customer payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including ingredients, nutritional information, and product features.
  • Participate in visual merchandising, including creating eye-catching displays and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals, promote products, and drive business results.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and maintaining store equipment.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register.
