Production Engineer

The Production Engineer is a key member of the operations team, responsible for providing on-shift technical support and leadership to ensure the smooth operation of the Fractionation department in Covington, GA.
Key Responsibilities:- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to support ramp-up and steady-state operations of two automated pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to manufacturing staff to ensure compliance with GMP guidelines.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to identify and implement process improvements and optimize manufacturing efficiency.
- Investigate and resolve safety and quality issues, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including troubleshooting guides and process knowledge sharing.
- Support the development and implementation of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma quality techniques.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering discipline required.
- Related work experience within a technical or GMP environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of basic engineering principles in several engineering disciplines.
- Ability to discuss normally encountered technical issues, both verbally and in written form.
- Work as a collaborative team member but also independently.

Benefits:- Competitive salary range: $56,000.00 - $88,000.00.
