6. Communicate temperature failures of cases, shelves, and storage areas to the manager in charge, ensuring prompt resolution.

7. Control damaged merchandise by reporting any issues and properly storing damaged items for sales representatives.

8. Foster excellent customer relations, providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

9. Greet all customers to our store and remain observant while working, maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.

10. Adhere to all company policies as stated in the Employee Handbook, upholding Redner's values and standards.

Additional Responsibilities:

1. Transport products to storage areas and to the sales floor, ensuring efficient and safe movement.

3. Must be able to lift up to fifty pounds thirty percent of the time, adhering to physical demands of the role.
