Morning Baker

The Bakery Specialist is responsible for ensuring the successful operation of the Bakery department. This includes performing duties as directed by the Bakery Manager and/or Assistant Bakery Manager.

The Bakery Specialist is responsible for providing top-quality products and exceptional customer service to Kennie's customers.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
• Two to four years of related experience and/or training

Responsibilities:

• Bake donuts and other pastries
• Prepare frozen food for the oven
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the bakery cases, prep area, floors, and coolers
• Inspect equipment to ensure operational performance and preventative maintenance
• Assist in finishing and filling donuts and other pastries
• Cooperate with other departments for inter-departmental or store-wide sales promotions
• Perform other duties as directed by the Bakery Manager, Assistant Bakery Manager, or Store Manager
