**Key Responsibilities**

* Lead the accounting team and perform advanced accounting functions, including technical accounting, auditing, and journal entries
* Maintain financial records in accordance with GAAP and prepare monthly balance sheets and reconciliations
* Manage the month-end close process and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting

**Requirements**

* 5+ years of experience in an accounting position, preferably in manufacturing
* Bachelor's degree required, CPA designation strongly preferred
