We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Medical Scribe Assistant to join our team at USA Clinics Group. As a Medical Scribe Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our healthcare professionals by accurately documenting patient information and clinical data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist healthcare professionals in capturing patient clinical information and documenting it in the electronic medical record.
- Transcribe and translate patient information, including medical histories, physical exams, and treatment plans.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient information, including diagnoses, symptoms, and follow-up instructions.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the healthcare team.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 6 months experience as a Medical Scribe or equivalent experience and/or training required.
- Fluent in Spanish and English required.
- Weekend availability required.
