Job Summary

The Registered Nurse Cardiac Rehab position at HCA HealthONE Rose is a dynamic opportunity for a skilled nurse to deliver high-quality care to patients in a cardiac rehabilitation setting. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive care to patients with cardiovascular conditions, including those with heart failure, coronary artery disease, and other related conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized care to patients with cardiovascular conditions, including those with heart failure, coronary artery disease, and other related conditions.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients, including medication management, lifestyle modifications, and education on cardiovascular health.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients, including cardiologists, primary care physicians, and other specialists.
  • Conduct regular assessments of patients' cardiovascular health, including monitoring vital signs, laboratory results, and other relevant data.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families on cardiovascular health, including risk factor modification, medication management, and lifestyle changes.

Requirements:

  • Current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse.
  • Current BLS and ACLS Certification through American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
  • Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
  • BSN is desirable.
  • Certification, experience, or training equivalent to those specified for an American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) for "Cardiovascular Nurse" or "Exercise Specialist" by the American College of Sports Medicine, (ACSM).
