Job Summary:

The Degreed Professional Manager will be responsible for providing leadership, guidance, and support to our staff, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of care and support. This is a salaried position with a competitive salary of $55,000.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Provide guidance, support, training, and oversight to our dedicated staff.
  • Individual Support Plans: Coordinate and assist in the development of Individual Support Plans (ISPs) to meet the unique needs of each individual.
  • Community Engagement: Connect individuals with benefits, programs, and activities to enhance their quality of life.
  • Additional Support: Provide occasional support to staff and individuals outside of standard assignment time.
  • Healthcare Management: Oversee medication management, medical supplies, and healthcare documentation.
  • Advocacy: Champion the rights and empowerment of individuals with disabilities.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in either Human Service, Criminal Justice Psychology, or a related degree field (or four or more years in a Management Direct Care role).
  • Screening: Ability to pass a family safety care registry screening.
  • Strong Work Ethic: Accept supervision and provide constructive feedback.
  • Reliability: Be punctual and flexible in scheduling.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Engage effectively with individuals and the community.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift over 50 lbs and perform CPI and CPR/First Aid.
  • Certifications: Obtain required certifications within 90 days of hire and hold a valid driver's license.
