About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Behavior Therapist to join our team at Lighthouse Autism Center. As an RBT, you will play a critical role in delivering one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism, utilizing your expertise to create personalized therapy plans and track progress.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality ABA therapy to children aged 18 months to school age, utilizing play-based and naturalistic techniques.
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement customized therapy plans, ensuring seamless integration with educational and social settings.
  • Apply advanced techniques and creativity to guide children's progress, preparing them for successful transitions.
  • Document and track each child's development, contributing to their therapy programs.
  • Work in a supportive team environment that embodies our Core Values of Compassion, Trustworthiness, Courage, and Commitment.
Requirements
  • Current valid RBT credential.
  • Ability to lift/carry over 50 lbs, sustain impact to body, and perform physical tasks such as running, crouching, and kneeling.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbally and written.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred.
  • Background check and drug test required at time of hire.
