Job Summary:We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) licensed to practice in the state of North Carolina. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience working with K-12 students. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, conducting functional behavior assessments, and providing training and support to educators, caregivers, and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans for students.
- Design and implement behavior intervention strategies based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to create and maintain effective behavior management programs.
- Provide ongoing training and support to school staff and caregivers on behavior management techniques and strategies.
- Monitor student progress and make adjustments to intervention plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of student progress and intervention outcomes.
- Stay current with best practices and research in the field of behavior analysis.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Licensed to practice as a BCBA in the state of North Carolina.
- Minimum of three years of experience working with K-12 students.
- Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
- Dedication to providing high-quality, evidence-based services to students and families.
