The successful candidate will be responsible for completing behavioral assessments, providing short and long-term consultations, and delivering direct treatment. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including goals and objectives
  • Conduct behavioral assessments and analyze data to inform treatment decisions
  • Provide training and supervision to behavior therapists
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices in applied behavior analysis and implement evidence-based interventions
Qualifications
  • Master's degree or PhD in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or related field
  • Current BCBA certification
  • Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA) in Massachusetts
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and their families
