  • You will work closely with our team to ensure the smooth delivery of medical supplies and specimens.
  • Responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities

  • Transporting medical materials and specimens between locations
  • Loading and unloading clinical/medical materials, messages, documents, packages, and mail from delivery vehicles
  • Maintaining digital or analog receipts, ledgers, and logs for articles delivered and received
  • Delivering items to offices and departments internal and external to the organization
  • Participating in investigation of Non-Conformance Reports and Root Cause Analysis

Qualifications and Requirements

  • A high school graduate or completion of GED
  • A clean driving record and valid driver's license
  • The ability to independently lift materials that may exceed 35lbs
  • Possess warehousing experience to include the processing of incoming materials for storage and pulling materials from inventory
  • Possess good oral and written communication skills
  • Possess knowledge of medical terminology and numbering systems sufficient to identify products used regularly in a hospital environment
  • Possess knowledge of basic computer applications
