Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Equipment Sales Representative to join our team at H&E Equipment Services Inc. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for generating new rental revenue through building strong relationships with existing and new customers within a defined sales territory.

Sales Activities

As a successful Sales Representative, you will be expected to:
  • Generate new rental agreements and grow existing customer revenue within a defined sales territory
  • Build prospects and foster strong business relationships to expand the customer base
  • Perform cold-calls and conduct job site visits to identify and pursue business opportunities
  • Regularly utilize customer resource software to track leads, manage accounts, and identify potential business opportunities
Our commitment to recognizing and rewarding talent is evident in our sales representatives' earnings. The top 10% of our sales reps averaged over $200,000 last year, and our average sales reps earn between $75K - $100K within the first 12 months.
