We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Technologist/Medical Laboratory Scientist to join our team at K.A. Recruiting. As a key member of our laboratory team, you will be responsible for performing and reporting test results, maintaining quality control and assurance, and overseeing laboratory operations.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will possess a college degree, MT CLS state licensure, and ASCP certification. Prior laboratory experience and knowledge, with a minimum of 3 years, is required. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for laboratory work, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities- Perform and report test results, including those requiring evaluation or value judgment
- Maintain quality control and assurance, including equipment operation and maintenance
- Oversee laboratory operations, including specimen management and clerical functions
- College degree
- MT CLS state licensure
- ASCP certification preferred
- Prior laboratory experience and knowledge, at least 3 years
