Responsibilities
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all food safety and handling procedures.
  • Exceed customer expectations by providing prompt, friendly, and accurate service, and by coaching Team Members to do the same.
  • Oversee new Team Member training and ensure that all Team Members are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to hourly Team Members, and when assigned, to peer Leads as well.
  • Ensure all Team Members maintain proper food-handling certifications.
  • Monitor competitor fuel pricing and work with business partners to remain competitive.
  • Rapidly correct any equipment issues.
  • Perform duties as GoGetter, Kitchen GoGetter, and/or WetGoGetter as needed.
  • Assist the Store Leader with scheduling, adjustments, merchandising, and promotional activities.
  • Nurture an environment of inclusion and diversity, keeping in mind that each Team Member has a voice.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Supervisory experience, customer service/retail experience, and food safety certification preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Lifting requirement: up to 50 pounds.
  • Age requirement: at least 18 years of age.
