Genesis10 is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team. As a High Jump/Motion WMS Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation of a state-of-the-art Warehouse Management System.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement solutions using proprietary development tools and T-SQL
* Participate in root cause analysis and resolution activities for found defects
* Design scalable solutions with 24x7 availability in mind
* Provide 24x7 on-call support based on a rotating schedule
* Follow internal SLDC processes
* Support day-to-day operations

Requirements:

* 3+ years of experience in High Jump/Motion WMS software in fulfillment, warehousing, or distribution
* Intermediate to advanced skills in Advantage Architect, Webwise Page Editor, SSRS, Bartender, and T-SQL
* Experience with relational database design, development, troubleshooting, and tuning
* Familiarity with Zebra printers, scanners, and handheld computers

Preferred Experience:

* Experience with Windows server administration and printer administration
* Excellent communication skills and ability to interact professionally with various internal teams
* Strong technical problem-solving skills with good business acumen
* Ability to interpret complex back-end business logic, deconstruct it, and enhance it
