Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Cybersecurity Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our sales and marketing efforts. This role combines sales management, marketing strategy, and leadership skills to drive business growth and expand the client base for RSI Security.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing marketing campaigns. They will lead a team, develop client acquisition strategies, and optimize marketing initiatives to increase revenue and market share.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy and Execution:
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth objectives.
    • Identify new business opportunities and market segments to drive expansion.
    • Manage and coach the sales team, providing training, performance management, and motivation to meet sales targets.
  • Marketing Strategy and Campaigns:
    • Design and oversee marketing campaigns that align with sales goals and build the RSI Security brand.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content, digital marketing strategies, and targeted outreach efforts.
    • Measure and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize effectiveness and ROI.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
    • Engage in consultative sales processes to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing management, preferably in the cybersecurity or technology sector.
  • 3 years or more experience with leading accountability using Sales management frameworks such as MEDDICC, Sandler, etc.
  • Demonstrated success in developing effective sales strategies and leading teams to achieve them
  • Strong experience with sales operations and training development
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing marketing campaigns.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performance sales and marketing teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).

Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
