We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Mental Health Counselor to join our team at Griffith Centers for Children, Youth & Families. As a Provisionally Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LPCC), you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families in our community.
Key Responsibilities- Provide counseling services to children and families, adhering to our core values of Social Responsibility, Servant Leadership, Integrity, and Growth Orientation.
- Grow professionally and clinically, while maintaining ethical standards and responsible practice.
- Complete all clinical documentation accurately and within the required timeframe.
- Manage a full caseload of approximately 27-30 clients per week.
- Attend weekly support meetings for clinicians to foster collaboration and growth.
- A competitive salary of $60.00 per hour, with intake sessions paid up to $60-$70 per session.
- A flexible schedule, including after-school and weekend hours.
