Job Overview

Lincoln Property Company is seeking a skilled Building Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing general preventative maintenance and corrective repair of building systems, equipment, and grounds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the optimal operation of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions to prevent equipment failure.
  • Assist in monitoring building system operations and performance, and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Collaborate with the facilities team to develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
  • Respond to and complete tenant work orders and PMs in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
