Compensation: Targeted at $70,000 - $75,000 base salary plus commissions on new sales and enhancement projects, healthcare benefits, vehicle provision, mobile phone, laptop, and paid time off. Role Summary:
BraveView, Inc. is a well-established full-service landscaping firm serving the greater Portland, OR area. We are recognized for our commitment to quality service and are seeking an Account Supervisor to manage a portfolio of Homeowners Association (HOA) accounts. The primary objective is to expand the business portfolio, enhance client satisfaction, promote service enhancements, and ensure contract renewals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and secure new maintenance contracts and enhancement projects.
- Oversee management of assigned HOA accounts.
- Conduct daily oversight of crews and equipment.
Account Management & Sales Duties:
- Identify and bid on new maintenance accounts in Eastside locations to expand the existing portfolio.
- Conduct at least one site visit per month for each account.
- Establish monthly on-site meetings with HOA contacts and provide updates regularly.
- Monitor irrigation systems, adjust settings as necessary, and report any required repairs.
- Assess the health of turf, shrubs, and trees across all accounts, scheduling technicians as needed.
- Prepare work orders and proposals for client requests.
- Recommend service enhancements and present proposals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Complete daily paperwork, including receipts and billing documentation.
Management of Crews and Equipment:
- Recruit new crew members for Eastside operations as required.
- Address crew-related issues and implement disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Utilize GPS tracking to monitor time spent on each account and ensure adherence to optimal routes.
- Report significant crew issues to the Department Manager.
- Regularly evaluate accounts for quality assurance.
- Ensure that equipment and vehicles needing maintenance are documented and submitted for servicing.
- Conduct annual performance reviews for crew members.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Account Manager in a commercial or HOA environment.
- A degree in horticulture, landscape management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in irrigation systems, plant identification, and diagnosis of plant health issues.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is advantageous but not required.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Capable of traversing various terrains on client properties.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to operate a company vehicle, including occasional towing of trailers.
This is a full-time position with a flexible Monday to Friday work schedule.
Pre-employment drug screening, background checks, a valid insurable driver's license, and a DOT physical are required.
