Job Summary

Greene Tweed is seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer II to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing department, you will be responsible for improving process efficiency, reducing costs, and ensuring high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve problems.
  • Lead capital expense projects from quote to implementation.
  • Create documentation to facilitate implementation of automated processes.
  • Lead initiatives to improve total preventative maintenance.
  • Maintain an increased awareness of customer and industry technical requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations.
Requirements
  • BS Degree in Engineering Discipline.
  • 3-6 years relevant engineering experience.
  • Working knowledge of Intermediate Lean Manufacturing tools.
  • Understanding and use of SPC and ability to analyze data.
Work Environment

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing engineering and process improvement. They will be able to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
