Key Responsibilities- System Commissioning: Perform system-level commissioning using Johnson Controls configuration and commissioning tools to ensure that all systems are properly installed and functioning as intended.
- Troubleshooting and Repair: Troubleshoot and repair basic HVAC mechanical, electrical, and control problems to minimize downtime and ensure optimal system performance.
- Warranty Support: Respond to basic warranty calls and provide timely and effective support to our customers.
- Documentation and Reporting: Complete all required commissioning documentation and provide regular progress reports to management and stakeholders.
- Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with management, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
- Technical Aptitude: Demonstrate a strong understanding of building automation systems, HVAC systems, and related technologies.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Possess excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Communication Skills: Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of attention to detail and ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in installing electronic and/or mechanical systems, and demonstrated knowledge of HVAC systems.
