SUMMARY

In the role of Technical Customer Engineering Lead, you will serve as the main technical liaison for our customers, addressing their needs and working in tandem with your team to evaluate applications, propose product enhancements, and execute testing protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients to ascertain their requirements
  • Evaluate applications and propose tailored solutions
  • Deliver technical presentations and product features to clients
  • Collaborate with product development teams
  • Conduct testing in laboratory and client environments
  • Oversee the customer engineering team at Pfeiffer Vacuum

Reporting Structure:

This role reports directly to the Vice President of Sales.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a technical or scientific discipline
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience managing technical projects within the semiconductor field
  • At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role
  • 3 years of experience in customer-facing positions preferred
  • Practical experience in engineering testing
  • Familiarity with vacuum technology and programming languages is advantageous
