We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to government agencies and their constituents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding government services and policies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of government services and policies to provide expert-level support
