Cardiology Registered Nurse

We are seeking an experienced Cardiology Registered Nurse to join our team at Convergence in Stamford, CT. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to a culture of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize the Nursing Process to provide comprehensive patient care, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Supervise non-RN staff and serve as a valuable resource for ancillary personnel, promoting a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Adhere to Hospital policies, including the Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance Program, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
  • Provide safe and therapeutic care aligned with the hospital's core values, prioritizing patient-centered care and well-being.
  • Deliver direct patient care to a designated patient group, serving as their advocate and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Formulate and communicate individualized patient care plans, addressing patient concerns and proposing interventions to achieve desired patient outcomes.
  • Foster collaboration with patients, their families, and the healthcare team to execute the care plan effectively, promoting a seamless and efficient care experience.
Work Schedule:

Full-time nights, providing flexibility and work-life balance.

Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Hold a valid Registered Nurse license for the state of Connecticut.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is highly desirable.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is a prerequisite.
  • One year of experience is required.
