A leading healthcare organization, Tandym Group, is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join their Cardiology team in Stamford, CT.
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and delivering patient care in a fast-paced Cardiology environment. This role requires a strong nursing background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate patient care utilizing the Nursing Process and adhering to established standards of practice.
- Provide supervision and guidance to non-RN personnel and act as a resource for ancillary staff.
- Assume charge or clinical coordinator role as assigned, overseeing unit activities and ensuring seamless patient care.
- Act as a preceptor to new staff and/or students, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
- Perform other duties as needed to support the team and achieve departmental goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Current CT Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
- Experience in Cardiology, Medical-Surgical, or Intensive Care nursing
